Refund processing time may vary and typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on the airline and payment method. Any service fees charged by MYTRIPPSS at the time of booking are non-refundable.
In cases of flight cancellations by the airline due to operational reasons, bad weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, refunds or alternative flight options will be provided as per the airline’s policy. If you have purchased travel insurance, additional coverage may apply.
